At Gullickson Homes, Inc., we specialize in custom house design, using design software for building professionals.  There are no cookie-cutter home designs here.  Unlike many of the mega-builders, we have the flexibility, capacity, and time to design and build with our clients.  We enjoy giving the customer great flexibility in design options. Clients can start from scratch, or bring in a sample plan that has the concept they are looking for. Then the clients have the opportunity to make the design their own.  This is what truly makes their home one of a kind.
